About me

I am a "seasoned" ESL Professional. I started teaching ESL in Brazil in the 70's; then returned to the US and got both my Masters in the Arts of Teaching from School for International Training, and my Masters in International Education from Lesley College. I worked my way up the ladder from instructor to teacher trainer to Program Coordinator at World Learning in Vermont and UCLA Extension in Los Angeles. I retired in 2015 and since then have been teaching an entirely online Advanced ESL Writing and Presentations course at UCLA Extension. I love my work and my field.
