About me

Greetings to all!  My name is Sakeena Chatman.  I reside in Southwest Georgia, USA.  I hold both, Special Education and TESOL certificates. I love to teach English as a foreign language.  I have been teaching for more than 10 years, and I enjoy working with the diverse student population, from small children to adults. I am  experienced in ESL techniques, pronunciation correction, and phonics and reading instruction. In addition to the Reading Endorsement, I earned the Bachelor of Science and Master of Education Degrees in Special Education with a minor in Sociology.  My hobbies include reading, creating natural hair and body products, and traveling around the world while learning about different cultures. I really looks forward to meeting you in the classroom!
