I am a friendly, approachable person who was born into a family of eight children. I am number 6 and have been happily married to my wife Olivia for 37 years. I like to fish, read books and entertain family and friends, by preparing a delicious meal,, serving fine wine and listening to smooth jazz.
My teaching experience has introduced me to students from all over the world. One of the most memorable experiences I had was teaching English in China with my wife for 10 years. We learned a lot about the Chinese culture, people and gained many friends.
As an ESL teacher, my goal is to create a friendly, nonthreathing and interesting classroom environment in which to learn. I focus on achieving the needs of every student to help them build confidence in speaking English. There is plenty of time in my classroom to practice your what you have learned in a given lesson.
I look forward to meeting new students, teaching them English and learnin about their culture.
