About me

After completing a degree in Rehabilitation, I found myself wanting to teach as my career, having already worked teaching English reading and writing to native speakers with cognitive, visual, or hearing disabilities. Throughout the coursework of my TEFL certification, I was inspired to teach abroad, as opposed to solely online as many English classes can be. Communication is more important in today's global and digital culture than ever.  I'm looking forward to discovering an opportunity not only to teach but to connect with students as they learn English and I adjust to a new culture.
